In AZ we have traffic cameras on the highways every mile - well, almost. There is a gray area where the cameras won't go off (about 10 miles over posted limit).
How does the camera know which car to snap a picture of?
What if there are 3 vehicles in each lane all are going over the speed limit at the exactly same speed - do all cars get snapped, or just one, or none?
What if a cop is behind you and you speed past the camera. The camera takes your picture and the cop pulls you over anyway. Do you get two tickets? Would you dare tell the cop that the camera already did his job?
